The series follows Laura, a Berlin based festival organizer who crosses paths with Rubén, a charismatic bar owner in Barcelona. One week after their encounter, Laura discovers she is pregnant. In her 30s, back at her parents’ home and facing the emotional shock of unexpected motherhood, she raises her child almost entirely on her own. She does so with immense love, faith, spark, and joy, as her youthful expectations collide with the messy reality of adult life.
